Welcome to VatFlowBest (vatflowbest.com). Our mission is process optimization for VAT calculation and reporting. These terms govern your use of our services, info products, and goods.

Services

We offer personalized consulting and system integration for VAT calculation and reporting. Service engagements may be rescheduled upon request at least 7 days before the start date. If you are eligible for a refund, we process it to your original method of payment within 14 days after approval. Bespoke system deployment services become non-refundable once work commences due to resource dedication. However, you may request a one-time change of schedule.

Info Products

Our digital guides and training materials on VAT process optimization can be refunded within 14 days of purchase. To qualify, all digital materials must remain unused. Approved refunds are processed via the original purchase channel within 7 days of approval. Transfers are not available for digital products.

Goods

Physical items are eligible for refund within 30 days of delivery if they remain in original condition and packaging. Approved refunds are issued through the original purchase channel within 14 days of receipt of the item you have sent back. Exchanges or transfers are not supported for goods.

Non-Refundable Services

Certain services, including on-site audit support and real-time filing assistance, are non-refundable once scheduled. These require allocation of expert resources and cannot be reassigned. We may offer a credit toward future services at our discretion.
